I would not recommend buying from this company. Horrible customer service, will never buy anything from them again
I have order furniture from cole on April 17 2020. I have yet to receive the 2 sectionals I ordered. Every time I call, it takes hours t get through to someone. When you do get through they basically tell you sorry COVID has delayed oder. I would not recommend ordering anything from them as their customer service is horrible.

Coleman furniture is beautiful and modern. Their customer service is also very responsive!
The barstools seem to be high quality, sturdy, comfortable and also modern looking for a fair price - I really like them. Easy to assemble too. They are quite heavy (due to quality metals used) however this is not a major issue and overall I think these will be a perfect addition to your kitchen or dining room!
This company has a great and easy to navigate website. We found just what we need it for our living room. We love our reckiner and it arrived weeks before it was scheduled to. Very happy with this company and will be buying more from them!
Everything was just as nice as I expected. Took a while to ship but wasn’t delayed any longer than they said it would be. Everything takes longer now anyways. People who delivered were perfectly professional and polite! Great job!
Excellent quality chair and looks just as the picture. Elegant and simple to put together. There was also fast shipping.

People, don't shop here! They are completely unprofessional. I ordered a $1000 table that was damaged and Coleman's "reserves the right" to have a furniture repair person fix it, except now the furniture repairman has cancelled their appointments... TWICE. So I haven't been able to use my table for months now, and Coleman's response is oh well, not my problem
I ordered 6 chairs for my dining room table. Not only are they absolutely beautiful & structurally sound, but the whole experience was so smooth. I placed my order online. The chairs arrived right on time & in perfect condition. They were easy to put together & I’ve gotten numerous compliments on them! Coleman also sent an email afterwards asking about the experience to make sure everything was okay. Great customer service!! I’ll definitely buy from them again!!
The unit looks great and was very easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to understand. Everything was packed well with plenty of protection from shipping abuse. However, in spite of that, one support rail was broken. Because of the way the broken piece was mounted, it didn't pose a problem. This unit is very nice for the price!
I was nervous about purchasing furniture online from a store that I have never shopped from before. The reviews online convinced me to give it a try and I’m glad I did. I was provided status updates on my order by email and it arrived before the date it was suppose to. I love my chairs and I will definitely be a returning customer. The reviews online were true regarding Coleman Furniture and I have no regrets.
This is a very nice piece. Bought to go with a Crate and Barrel live edge Yukon dining table since they didn't have one. This came extremely well packed. Very impressed with that. Order #6108169.

The eta was not met and I recieved a damaged product and they gave me very little compensation for the inconvenience.

They have a protection plan you can purchase. I chose not to. Their delivery was when they said it would be and that was even with the nonsense of Covid hold things up.

No set time. We're waiting 6 months, and they push it out further every few weeks. Stay away!

Yes. 4-6 weeks from June purchase... now delivery MAY arrive in November

Don't buy from this place - if you need to return the item you need to pay a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges. Is really bad their return policy.

My furniture took 5 months. Terrible experience. Don't go to Ashley either. They are the worst-rated on consumer reports.

It took about 6 weeks from the time of my purchase to the time I received my furniture. My furniture was in stock.

Terrible shipping time. It can take weeks to months with them stringing you along!

I ordered on September 3rd and my furniture was finally delivered on January 19th. Complained and they said their website indicates that shipping could be delayed due to Covid. It does say that in small print but sure doesn't indicate it will be 5 months!
